BAKERY VERTICAL TRAY CLEANING MACHINE
For cleaning perforated, plain, with undulations or straight bakery trays
Cleaning is performed by a battery of vertical brushes.
The machine has four dirigible casters (2 of them with a break).
Waste from the cleaning process is collected in an easy-removable drawer located in the base of the machine.
No extra tools are needed for extracting the brushes and the process takes seconds in all models. When greases or creams are accumulated both manual and automatic processes are supported.
The top part of the machine is totally watertight and independent. Inside it we find all mechanical elements, the engine and the electric panel.
All the doors are detachable and machine includes and special tool for carrying out this task.
Lower part of machine where we store the brushes, can be washed with pressurized water and degreasing agents.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, special aluminium alloys and technical plastics.

This machine incorporates greasing equipment which is performed by automatic/atomizer spray guns. It requires a compressor or compressed air previously installed in the machine.
Greasing system can be turned on and off as needed.
