It automatically provides us with portions of dough in trays, troughs or to feed various machines.

AUTOMATIC CONTINUOUS FEED HOPPER WITH LIFT
For the automatic continuous feeding of the infeed conveyor of the Ciabatta machine.
The troughs, with the fermented dough, are poured into the hopper.
By means of our special system and the appropriate automatisms, it provides us with a pre-calibrated continuous sheet to feed the corresponding machine (we regulate the thickness and width of the dough blanket within pre-set parameters).
This machine is positioned on its own structure and above the infeed conveyor of the Spezzaciabatta (Ciabatta machine) and/or multipurpose lines, and the dough blanket is deposited on the corresponding infeed conveyor.
