AUTOMATIC TRAY LOADER: BASIC MODEL
This system includes a conveyor belt below the output conveyor belt. It is possible to adjust its height in order to select at which height product needs to be placed over the tray.
The machine operator introduces tray in the tray loader so that Ciabatta machine starts working. Belt conveyor of the tray loader activates when products approach the output conveyor and they are deposited over the tray. Once the tray machine is full, the operator removes the tray and introduces an empty one so the process restarts

AUTOMATIC TRAY LOADER: SUPER MODEL
n this system, we work with a 3 tray simultaneous circuit: one tray ready to be loaded, one tray loaded and a third one already loaded.
The machine operator places the tray or board on the belt and it moves to the starting position, then another tray is loaded. Ciabatta machine is underway and the product goes forward on the output belt. When products reach the end, tray loader activates and starts unloading them on the tray. Once the tray is filled, tray loader places it at the finishing position and the new tray is introduced so another one stays standby. The process restarts.

3 / 4 trays can be introduced at the corresponding vacuum chamber, situated at machine´s lower front part. Filled trays are deposited in the output vacuum (up to 8 trays, capacity may vary depending on the size of trays).
A light signal and a buzzer indicate that trays can be removed.

AUTOMATIC TRAY LOADER: WITH DOUBLE VACUUM CHAMBER.
Vacuum chamber capacity of around 15/20 trays, located on the left side where all empty trays are kept. Once the process has finished, filled trays are placed on the right side.

AUTOMATIC RETRACTABLE TRAY LOADER
The operator introduces the tray in the retractable tray loader while the Ciabatta machine is working. The retractable system activates when products come towards the belt output and they are placed on the tray. Once the retractable mode is off, the operator removes the full tray and introduces an empty one and process restarts.
