New trends in baking have lead to develop the manufacturing of “any dough in any shape”.
Our technology is at the service of your enterprise. It promotes the optimization of your resources by increasing productivity, profitability and efficiency, but we always respect traditional appearance of artisan products.
We use a hopper which is filled through containers or troughs thanks to a LIFT DUMP.
This provides us with a continuous sheet of dough (already precalibrated) that feeds the machine.
The machine cuts dough straight but it is also possible to get the exact angle to cut diamond bread and any other loaf shapes or types of bread. Besides, die cutters are interchangeable and this way we can get any shape for bread: rounded, flat, “doughnut” shape (with a hole in the middle) and we can also decide the diameter for rounded breads.
This machine can optionally include transverse belts for removing dough trims. If we are manufacturing “doughnut” shape breads we can also incorporate another system to remove dough trims from the center of sourdoughs.
We have at your disposal different automatic tray loader systems depending on your needs: simple ones or systems with two different vacuum chambers for depositing empty and full trays and you can also have automatic and direct load into carts.
This machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, special aluminum alloys and technical plastics.
